Welcome to our self-serve arrangement request system. This portal will allow you to request a payment arrangement on your utility bill. If you meet the requirements, collection activity on your account will stop for the duration of the arrangement.
Pay as much or as often as you like. The balance just needs to be paid in full on or before the payment arrangement due date.
In addition to this payment schedule, the current charges on all new bills must be paid on time. All past due charges reflected on new bills will be paid off using this arrangement schedule.
Customer and account numbers are shown in the upper right-hand corner of the bill, as shown below.
